When you have hundreds of recorded sessions on your dashboard and are trying to find a specific one you spend a lot of time switching back and forth between the recordings tab and activity log in order to find the right session you want to download.
It would be very helpful if you could show the columns for the technician notes and the client name in the recordings as well.
This was like the first thing almost everyone in our support team asked / complained about.
