Support Agent Profile Picture

My clients would like to see a  profile picture of me when we are working together, both in Agent and in Expert console.  I see a place where a profile picture would usually go in the console, at the upper right, just beside my name, but I am unable to change it.

 

  • Profile pictures in the Agent and Expert consoles are typically linked to the email associated with your account. To change your profile picture, update the image linked to your email in the platform's settings
