GoToRoom Start Up Suggestion

Hello, 

It would be fantastic to be able to customize the startup of the rooms instead of through the meetings. I see a benefit of being able to default the webcam to be disabled on start, as well as the customization of the top bar of people attending the meetings. It's very large and takes up a considerable amount of screen real estate.
