I took a peek at your support case and see you were told that there is an 8 hour maximum, is this what you are seeing now? How long would you ideally like the meetings to stay open?

From what I am hearing from my team it is 8 to 12 hours.

GoToMeeting was never officially designed or supported for continuous, multi-day sessions, and in the past, these long-running meetings sometimes worked only by chance. Recently, we’ve updated our system to proactively end sessions after their maximum duration (8 hours). This change helps reduce the number of forgotten or abandoned meetings, while also significantly simplifying backend operations—allowing us to maintain security, manage server loads, and keep recording file sizes reasonable.
At this time, there are no plans to support extended meeting sessions beyond the current limit.
If your use case involves needing access to a computer over long periods (even when no one is present), you might find our GoToAssist unattended access helpful. It offers unattended support and allows you to connect to a machine at any time, which works well for many customers with similar needs.
