While we’ve successfully customized the certificate generated by GoTo with the by default options (logo and colours), we would like to further personalize the certificate by updating the background design to reflect our organisation’s visual identity.
We would appreciate the following:
- Upload a custom certificate background or template
- Modify the layout and design beyond the default options
This level of customization is important to us as it ensures consistency with our brand identity and enhances the perceived value of the training/webinar for our participants.
