Hi i3myaccount thanks for sharing your feedback and posting a question here in the GoTo community. I moved your post to our idea section where others can vote and comment on your feature request. 

 

We can not customize who receives the certificate based on criteria at this time, though the team is considering this for sometime next year. I'll be sure to update the community when I hear more. Thanks again for taking the time to share your idea.
