Hi NikkiO1, in that case you could simply issue certificates yourself without using the GoToWebinar feature. The Attendee report would show you who stayed for the full webinar.

Hi GlennD​ This is what we currently do. But if we could use the automated certificate creation function in GTW to create the certificates this would save us time and streamline the process.
