Hi, I would like to suggest a report on how many people download the documents you can upload during the session.

Hi there! How can you offer an Engagement Report without this information? Very disappointing 😞

Hi,
Is it possible in the meantime to have a report about who (or at least how many times) downloaded the documents in the handouts section?
Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, thanks for your input!
This 'idea' exists on the other side of our Community: GoToWebinar Community Ideas
I'm going to move this thread into the existing one there.

Thank you for this post. We have been searching through the reports trying to find if there was a way to do this. It looks like the GTW team hasn't established this yet, but I am really hoping that they will soon

So you offer the option to add a document but can't track who downloads it, that's a huge miss.

DWhetstone We don't currently track the number of downloads, though you could link to an external document source that does take note of each visit.
