Prior to the last update the Grasshopper app would open to the voicemail screen, now it opens to the text message screen. Instead of forcing this on customers, perhaps you could add a setting that allows each user to determine which screen the app opens to?
The vast majority of our use is voice mail. It is annoying to switch into the voicemail every time I open the app.
