Mark incoming texts as Unread, Flag for followup, categorize, etc.

On windows desktop client app and mobile app. This seems like a feature that would be helpful for team collaboration.

Our business is transitioning this year to be very text-friendly, however tracking conversations seems to be difficult because our manager will screen incoming texts, and have no way to assign conversations to team members using flags, categories, or marking it as unread so that we know to follow up. Would love to have something like this added as a feature down the line.
