@writersblock Hi Justin,
Can you please confirm the Windows OS and LogMeIn software version running on the problem PC?
Mac OS 10.14.6 on both machines. It is clearly an issue with LogMeIn. I used GoToMyPC this morning and it's working flawlessly.
Justin
I have the same/similar issue since the update. I use a macbook pro w/ a monitor connected to it. I've discovered that if I disconnect the external monitor and just use my laptop, the slowness goes away. I don't know why yet.
Maybe someone from LogMeIn can address this issue? Your software is a key to me working remotely and we pay handsomely for it. Please fix it!
Justin
Version 4.1.7664 (PlugIn: 1.0.2725) on both machines. It appears to be Mac specific. I can login to Windows machines and it works fine. Log in to any Mac, and it just crawls.

@writersblock @mmitchell3526 Are you able to send the affected Mac OS LMI Log files over to customer support in order to investigate the possibility of a new problem with the latest build release?

My co-workers and I use our macs at home to connect to our macs at work. At home we all use different macs at work we all use 2014 iMac. All using latest LogMeIn client. At home, I am using a 2012 Macbook Pro with a new 4k LG monitor connected to it. I am the only one having the slowness issue. When I disconnect the monitor, the slowness goes away. Both my home and work networks are running at high speeds. Our IT department has gone through everything on my work and home computers and cannot find any issues.
