Ability to Force Immediate Logout and Enrollment of Two-Factor Authentication

  • Admins that choose to enable Two-Factor Authentication for their GoToAssist Remote Support account now have the ability to force all agents (even those actively in session) to log out immediately and begin the enrollment process.  Previously, admins were only able to select a future date to force users to log out and begin enrollment, but now they are provided with both options to allow immediate or future enforcement of Two-Factor Authentication.  (EXTERNALADMIN-2526)
