Highlights
- All FastSupport URLs redirect to https://fastsupport.gotoassist.com
What's Changed?
All FastSupport URLs Redirect to https://fastsupport.gotoassist.com
- All instances of the FastSupport base URL now redirect to https://fastsupport.gotoassist.com. This means that when agents (who host support sessions using the GoToAssist Expert desktop or mobile app) direct their customers to https://fastsupport.com, their customer will be redirected to the updated customer join portal at https://fastsupport.gotoassist.com. All references to the previous join portal address (https://fastsupport.com) within the desktop apps have been changed to reflect the updated join portal address. (GTAUP-6004)
- Note: While it is not required, all agents who have customized their support portals are encouraged to update their website's code to reflect https://fastsupport.gotoassist.com.
- Additionally, the base URL of all desktop app direct downloads and the Report Abuse portal have also been updated, which includes:
- GoToAssist Expert desktop app for Windows and Mac – http://fastsupport.gotoassist.com/download/repDownload
- GoToAssist Customer Attended Standalone app for Windows – https://fastsupport.gotoassist.com/download/attended-app-download
- Report Abuse portal – https://fastsupport.gotoassist.com/abuse/report
