In the next few weeks, you will notice changes to the look and feel of how you sign in to GoToAssist Remote Support and RescueAssist. Our sign-in process will become more personalized so that you will only see authentication options that are unique to you. This means that we'll ask for your email first, then provide you with the ability to authenticate using a password, social login, or company ID based on your account's sign-in settings. G2A.png


As we continue to support the growing number of authentication options that exist in the industry today, these changes come with the benefit of supporting a sign-in process that is tailored to your needs. It also allows companies to select the most suitable authentication methods that streamline the sign-in process for their employees.
