This release impacts all IT Admins that use our Active Directory Connector integration to provision their employees with GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, GoToTraining, OpenVoice, or GoToAssist. This includes both the Active Directory Connector software (detailed below) and its integration with the customer Admin Center via the User Sync feature.
This release debuts the Two-Factor Authentication feature for GoToAssist, and is available for all admins to enable at the account-level by logging in to the Admin Center. If enabled, all agents within the account are impacted when they log in to the web, desktop, or mobile apps to host support sessions.
