Our company has just subscribed to Gotoassist remote support to assist our customers.
On the site, it says that there is a feature to invite team members to join us for faster problem resolution.

@Stigui I believe that site refers specifically to the V4 GoToAssist software. Are you using the web interface for V5 G2A?
