What does it take to make GoToAssist work reliably on MacOS? I am sick to death of installing GoToAssist on my MacOS machines, allowing the various system preferences (Screenrecording/Accessibility), only to find myself unable to connect a few days/weeks later.
When will you make this app work reliably and consistently with Mac?
You will need to provide more details about what exactly happens, error messages etc. Are the unattended computers showing as offline so you cannot connect to them or is it something else?
You will need to look into something like JAMF to manage your MACOS devices. JAMF can deploy a script to automatically add Gotoassist in the privacy/security screen recording list.
