What's New?

 

New Detailed Messaging for User Sync Changes in Activity History

  • Admins who use the Activity History to view account activities will now see detailed messaging for User Sync changes (including sync configurations, starts, and failures) under the Users/Groups and Details columns, which were introduced in a previous release.  Additionally, when a user is synced, only one job is performed for any of the product role and/or grouping changes.  Previously, User Sync activities did not include detailed messaging, and multiple jobs were performed for each user.  (EXTERNALADMIN-2707)

Ability to Generate a Report in Activity History

  • When admins select their desired filters and date ranges on the Activity History page, they can now click Download details to generate an Activity History report (Excel format only) to view all activities that have occurred within their account during their selected time frame.  Previously, admins could only generate an Activity History report from the Reports page.  (EXTERNALADMIN-2615)

What's Improved?

 

Enhancements to Support Access

  • When an admin selects the Help option in the navigation toolbar then selects Support, they will now be redirected to the appropriate Contact Us page based on the product(s) assigned in their account.  If multiple products are assigned, the Contact Us will default to that of GoToMeeting or RescueAssist.  (EXTERNALADMIN-2718)
