What's New?
New User Account Menu in Toolbar
- Agents that log in to their Service Desk account will now see a new user account menu in the top navigation that they can use to access the following:
- My account to view their account details
- Change your Account to select another account (if you have multiple Service Desk accounts)
- Help to go to the GoToAssist Service Desk support site
- Logout to log out of their account
- Previously, these menu options were located in the Configure drop-down menu or directly on the toolbar. (LZ-2183)
