In order to create a USER in the New GoTo Portal you must give an email address otherwise it wont let you create the user. What this does is forces me to do a Standalone Setup which then creates other nightmares such as Long Waits for Auto Provisioning ( sometimes overnight ) or if Your Backend System has a conflict I have to call in to clear it with your techs. Your Techs are the best but there is a serious loss of time.
This has happened to me on my last two Clients Installs with Yealink Phones purchased from you.
