The problem we encountered is that the licensed user who is also the administrator of GoToMeetings ran into a problem regarding meeting recordings.
Licenses administrators cannot record password protected meetings to the cloud which I suggest should be changed to allow recordings to the cloud. All meeting recordings should be allowed to be recorded to the GoTo cloud. Currently password protected meetings can only be recorded and saved to the administrator's computer.
The issue is further compounded in that once the cloud recordings are turned off for a licensed user, it is turned-off for ALL MEETTINGS not just password protected meetings that user does.
1) Allow cloud recordings by the meeting administrator for all meetings including those that are password protected.
2) Allow licensed user to specifically change cloud recording or computer recording on EACH meeting instead of a general setting that applies to all meeting.
