I want to create 10 company profiles and arrange meeting for them with different attendees. Do I need 10 emails in this case?

@PetiaG I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly, but each GoToMeeting Organizer account is allowed to host one broadcast at a time, and is granted one personalized meeting room that can be customized with a unique URL and logo/profile picture: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/personalize-your-meetings-with-a-meeting-link
Otherwise, if the meetings are occurring at different times, then you are welcome to schedule recurring meeting rooms for each company that can be used indefinitely with the same ID / Join links.
