Admin Enable/Disable Transcriptions

Hey Everyone!


We have a new GoToMeeting admin where I work.  I went to use the automatic transcription feature under "cloud recordings."  However, the option is grayed out with the message, "Your admin has disabled this setting."  I would like to send the new admin the instructions to re-enable this feature, but I could not easily find it.  


Where in the knowledge base instructions are the steps to enable/disable transcriptions by the GoToMeeting admin?
