Admin cannot access billing

Hi there,

 

I am the account admin for our GoToMeeting licenses but am unable to access the billing dashboard. I have two other admins (labeled as such on the Admin Center) and when both those users login they also see "billing" as greyed out. Help?!

Hi @JulieSCA

 

To find out who in your company is the current Billing Administrator, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the My Account page at https://myaccount.logmeininc.com.
  2. Under "Plan Details", you will see the following message: "To make billing changes, contact your administrator." You can click the contact your administrator link to launch a new email with the administrator's email address pre-populated.

I am not sure what has happened but I cannot access my billing information to see my invoices.  When I go to the 'account settings' page, I can't find anything about billing or invoicing.  What am I doing incorrectly?  myprepaidcenter
