Administrative problem to use Gotomeeting Pro

Good Morning:
Last December 12 I hired through Gotomeeting Pro telephone support. I have the invoice generated and paid from the billing center but Gotomeeting Pro does not appear to me as an available product even though it indicates that it is active from the billing center. What could be happening?

I looked up your Community email and found a single-seat, active GoToMeeting account.  You are currently the Administrator, and you may add the GoToMeeting seat to your login through the Admin Center.  Here's a reference guide for new admins:  https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/manage-user-account-roles-g2w500023
