Hi, I'm not sure if gotomeeting has this feature or not. We have a standing morning meeting with about 15 users. Some use the desktop application so we know who they are when they call in, and some just use the phone to come into the audio conference. Is there anything we can do like assign users unique PINs at meeting creation time so they can type them in on the phone and that would allow us to see who is on the conference call?
Is there a way to identify the telephone number that is being used to call into a GoToMeeting call, when the user hasnt entered an audio pin? In such cases, the user just shows up as "Caller 01 or Caller 02". This is critical for large conference calls like employee all hands of private companies where there is a possibility of outsiders logging in to listen into company confidential discussions. Pleas advise. Thanks.
While you cannot assign each attendee a PIN until they utilize an app somewhere, you can still identify them one by one using the GoToMeeting software yourself: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/manage-unidentified-callers-desktop-app-g2m090067
