I just had a GoToMeeting with my office. I could see the images and hear the other. On the attendees screen my spot showed only my initials and that my microphone was on. When I first logged into the meeting the preview window showed me via my laptops camera, but the settings panel for the meeting said no webcam was connected. I went into permissions and set both my camera and mic to be accessed by applications.
I have another meeting this evening so I absolutely need to have video and audio working. I'm using an HP laptop running Windows 10 Build 18362
