Can't Unmute in Web App for G2M

Hello,

As an organizer and co-organizer, I always had the ability to mute and then unmute participants throughout the meeting. Recently I discovered that while I can still mute them, I no longer have the ability to unmute. My options when I click the little soundwave icon are Keep Muted, Edit Name and Excuse Caller. This has been problematic as many times people aren't aware they've been muted, and don't unmute themselves when they try and speak. Any idea how I can get this functionality back? I'm running version 19.25.29 of the web application.

 

Also, this functionality IS still available on the desktop app, but I prefer to use the web application.

Hello @hammondr ,

Can you please describe what browser version you're running there, and what happens when an Attendee tries to un-mute themselves?

Hello. I'm using Google Chrome Version 88.0.4324.150 (Official Build) (64-bit). I'm not sure what happens when they try and unmute themselves. I will test this out today.
