Since I started using GoToMeeting, I haven't been able to access my account through global.gotomeeting.com - I set and start my meetings through the desktop widget, and I rely on receiving an email notification with a link to download the recording.
I haven't received the email notification, and still can't access my account to download the recording - IT IS VERY URGENT.
Please help.

Exactly what are you experiencing when logging in through www.gotomeeting.com thee?
If you're not receiving emails from LogMeIn, you may need to check your email settings and spam filters to confirm they are not being redirected.
