Hi there, I recently subscribed after the trial and since then i can't record meetings to the cloud. the option doesn't show up. When i start a reunion, and then i click the record button, it just starts recording and then at the end of the reunion it show me that the recording is in my computer and it has to convert it.

I apologize for the confusion.
While the trial period allows for amost all features to be available, thereafter only Business and Enterprise plans will allow for unlimited cloud recording at this time.
