Can't see shared screens or videos (previous reported fixes didn't help)

Dear community,

 

I recently started with Gotomeetings and apparently I am the only one in my lab of about 30 people who can never see any shared screens or videos. The audio is just fine, I can see the list attendees and see and join the chat. Also, there seems to be no issue if i share my screen with others, they can see it normally.

 

I am running the GoToMeeting desktop app on Windows10. I also tried deinstalling and reinstalling the app - didn't help. I do not use IBM security trustee, but of course I have a firewall (Avira).
