Re: Can you run GotoMeeting on Smart TV without a laptop connected?

Hi there,
The crux of the compatibility issue with 'smart' TVs is that they often require specially designed apps, as they run on specially designed operating systems (not standard Mac, Windows, Android etc.).  For this reason we cannot create enough variations to keep up with the number of system variances in the smart TV market.

Re: Can you run GotoMeeting on Smart TV without a laptop connected?

Hi Support Team,

I can see this discussion started in year 2015 and now its 2018, now as TV's are with Android OS as well, is there any scope wherein we can use gotomeeting on Andriod TV 's.

Also if we  connect webcam using TV USB will gotomeeting can detect webcam.

Re: Can you run GotoMeeting on Smart TV without a laptop connected?

@Prax  Sorry---- at a glance it may 'look like' your TV is running a standard edition of Android (like the one for your smart phone),  but every model has a custom Android version where often only applications made for the manufacturer are compatible.  This functionality has not changed, but if it does you would be able to simply download the mobile GoToMeeting app through your Smart TV's App Store...
