Cannot schedule a meeting

Hello!

My team cannot schedule meetings or run previously scheduled meetings. We get an error message, the screenshot is attachedErrorGTM.png

 

Please advise ASAP. Thank you

Same here...very upset..think we are being forced to new version and I do not like the set up of the new version...not easy to see already scheduled meetings ...hoping this is a glitch with the prior version...

Can you please confirm the GoTo version installed upon your device, as well as your experience scheduling through https://www.goto.com/meeting

I called their support and was told that this functionality no longer works because of our bundled package.

What does require me to do...upgrade to the newest release...which is totally different and not as user friendly?

Correct, that is what I was told. I also now have to retrain my staff on this product.
