Cannot undock control panel elements

In the GoToMeeting Control Panel I used to be able to undock individual elements, such as 'Chat' and 'Audience view' etc by simply dragging the element from the Control Panel and to another location on my screen.

Now, in my current GoToMeeting version I seem to be unable to do so any more.

For reference, I can still undock elements when working with GoToWebinar.

My question: How do I undock Control Panel elements in the latest version of GoToMeeting?

Although this functionality is not possible on every device yet, we are working to make each panel detachable from one another on the GoToMeeting desktop software.  I don't have an exact ETA yet, though you may check here for updates:  https://community.logmein.com/t5/GoToMeeting-News/bg-p/GoToMeeting-Release-Notes
