Hi. I noticed that as the Administrator, when I want to add a user and look at the preview of the email, the email address is an old address we used back in 2018 when had purchased an Pro account at that time and for only a few months. We just pruchased a new license and registered using the correct address. But the Admin Center has the old account.
When I selected "Ask the Community" it took me to the " Logmein Community and ask me to download a program to access the community and log in. The only way I could get in is to use the old email address. How can I change the account to use the new email address?
