Drawing Tools are Not Available

We found it very convenient to have the drawing tool. unfortunately, the current app version and the web browser version are missing the drawing tool and that has been very frustrating and very inconvenient.

when the screen is shared and given control to the person to make notes. only the mouse control options working.  the person who is seeing the shared screen can't highlight or use the pen.

Is there any way to have the drawing tool back? why did the drawing tool disappear? when can we expect the drawing tool to be available?

Hi @TKI_  welcome to the GoTo Community. Currently the active presenter on the desktop app can use drawing tools, but our team is working on improvements to the feature, including allowing attendees to draw on presenter's screen in the new year.

There is also a work around that you may want to try until the feature is fully available: 

The Presenter can choose the Draw options: Size, Color, Opacity for the attendee and then give remote control to the attendee to draw on their screen share.
