Error - Cannot connect to internet / no internet connection

I can't get a session to connect, as i get an error saying that gotomeeting cannot connect to the internet. I have run a test via the support page and can connect fine with full audio.  Have run all updates and still cannot get one of my own sessions to work...

Hey there folks,
Have you had any improvements since your first join attempts?
We have a test meeting here you may join in case there was any issue from the organizer.

 

This error message can sometimes be caused by outdated audio drivers on Windows PCs.
 
If you don't have a firewall blocking the way, we have support standing by to troubleshoot with you 24/7.

I have had the same problem 15 minutes ago, and my customer had the same response.  Tested our internet connection and it was fine and tested on other computers.
