Forwarding an invite

Hi.  Is there a way to restrict an invitation from being copied or forwarded to an unwanted person?

Thank you?

Re: restricting invites

I'm sorry, there's no way to restrict attendance access to specific invitees or company domains.

Re: Forwarding an invite

Hi @it-supportIGG ,

While there's no way to stop somene from sharing your GoToMeeting ID themselves, you can lock the meeting closed, and also dismiss anyone unwanted through the Attendee list in your Organizer control panel.   If you think a password would help, you may also create those on a meeting by meeting basis during the scheduling process.

Re: Forwarding an invite

Thank you very much for your reply AshC.  I understand your reply as well.  Can I add that when I schedule a meeting and know the distribution list for the invite email, is ther a way to only allow those invites into the meeting?

Thanks in advance,

Re: restricting invites

Is there a way to only allow those invites into the meeting?  I do not want an invite to be shared with others that are outside the invite distribution list.  Thanks for your help.
