We have been using GoToRoom with Outlook OWA integration for a few years. However recently the GoTo plugin for Outlook OWA became no longer available in Google Chrome. After doing some checking, it appeared that OWA may no longer be supported. I was however able to get it all to work in Edge instead. At least until yesterday...
It now no longer works in Edge and I am not finding anything to fully confirm whether or not Outlook OWA is supported by GoTo. This is really problematic for us since we have several users that use the shared login to create and schedule meetings that are sest for our GoToRoom devices located in our conference rooms.
We do not use Exchange for our email and our users are not using Outlook. So I do not have a work around for this at this time.

Can you confirm that you are signed in? You may receive an error message if you are not signed in.
If it is still not working could you provide more details and screenshots if possible? You can also try customer support and work directly with an agent to help you get set up.
