We have a problem with converting meeting recordings.
we had 4 meetings on the same day with the same account, the first, the second and the fourth registration were successful, while the third was not. how come? what can it depend on?

thanks for the reply, I proceeded to contact the assistance by telephone and we found that on the date and times we registered there was a technical problem on the registrations as reported here https://status.gotomeeting.com/
