Similar issue here... GoTo volume is extremely low in proportion to all other applications running on my system. It is maxed out in the Windows volume mixer, and there is not option to adjust within GoTo.

Can you please provide some more details about your setup and how often you are seeing (hearing), this issue?
I am using Windows 11, and the issue occurs in all meetings.
Thanks for getting back to us @jstephan. Can you check your app settings by clicking on your Settings and searching Volume Mixer?

Yes I see you did mention that @jstephan sorry for the oversight! There is no known issue with the app audio being unusually low. The best thing would be to call customer support who could host a test meeting and see what's happening. Sorry we couldn't work it out here.
