I am supporting a user within my organisation who is having issues with GoToMeeting - this has occurred to one of her team members also.
She is having an issue where when in a meeting, the 'microphone button disappears' for a period of time before coming back, meaning they are unable to communicate for the duration.
I've checked the microphone settings and these appear fine, the correct device is being used.
I know that isn't much information to go off, so please let me know if you'd like for me to dig deeper!

If the affected attendee is not losing the presenter's audio feed, but just the microphone / mute option, do you know if the Organizer had used the 'Mute-All' command at any point during the period?
Have they tested with both the integrated telephone and microphone audio modes?
