GoToRoom: Unable to activate device. Error 401: DEVICE_ALREADY_PROVISIONED

Receiving this error: "Unable to activate device. Error 401: DEVICE_ALREADY_PROVISIONED" when launching our NUC for Logitech Rally Plus. 

Any suggestions? Feeling its more of an account authentication issue than anything hardware or connection related. We received multiple NUC's as we order multiple kits.. all having same issue.
