GoToRoom and Poly Studio X50 - Activation error

Hi all, 

after installing my Poly X50 and Poly TC8, I'm trying to launch GotoRoom but after starting-up, the following message show up on the screen : Unable to activate this device. It has not yet been added to an account. Please contact support for assistance (see picture).

Any help please ?

Can you confirm if you purchased these devices through LogMeIn, or through a different vendor?

Thanks for your answer. Effectively I did'nt bought a GotoRoom licence.

I just did it and all is now working fine.
