Having problem with an iPad mini joining a Meeting.

I have people trying to join my GoToMeeting who are using iPads and mini-iPads but having difficulty connecting.  They have downloaded the ios app for Apple products but it doesn't seem to work on a consistent basis.  Some are joining, only to have the system disconnect them simultaneously.  Any thoughts on something to try?

I don't think we have any problems pertaining to Mac Mini specifically, as long as the device is healthy, doesn't have background apps running, and they have free access to their local network.  Are any of the affected attendees able to switch networks to see if the problem is localized?
