How can I change the Administrator account?

We have 2 licenses. One of the licences have administrator access. How can we change that so we will have 2 licenses without administrator rights and one administrator for all accounts.

Hi Mette,

There are 2 ways you can do this:

  1.  Log into the Admin account, select Manage Users and remove the Organizer license that is associated with the same email address as the Admin account. Then add a new Organizer under a different email address.
  2.  Log into the Admin account and change the email address it is associated with to one that is not an Organizer
