Hi Marin,
I think you will find this article about the Recording Manager helpful: https://community.gotomeeting.com/gotomeeting/topics/using-the-recording-manager
Hi Martin, the recording converter can be located within the context menu of the GoToMeeting system tray icon (next to your clock). Right-click the orange flower affiliated with GoToMeeting (if it's hidden, you might have to click the arrow that shows hidden icons), then chose the option to convert recordings.

Hey, to convert the g2m file, I think you could try this tool - Mac Media Converter. It is a tool that can convert video files with any formats into plain video format with lossless quality. And you can edit the video files as you like, then save them to your computer for using.
I was a part of an online workshop, someone shared with me a g2m file.
Found this with a simple google search https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/convert-a-session-recording-g2m040009
And found this article I am typing in with a community search & also https://global.gotomeeting.com/install/
But it doesn't seem to be helping with converting the file?
Also changed the direction of the recording but, it doesn't seem to provide any segue to convert.
@zeultimo The GoToMeeting software is only needed if you are converting the original files yourself. If you're saying someone else recorded the GoToMeeting broadcast, is there any reason they didn't convert the file themselves?
Otherwise, the files are usually in MP4 format, which should be playable in any local media player.
Hey @AshC,
Give me the steps to convert on my Mac.
Should you need conversion instructions for Windows or Mac OS please follow these instructions: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/convert-a-session-recording-g2m040009
** Be sure to copy the original recording files before you re-install GoToMeeting, and then replace them back into the recording folder of choice after the re-installation is complete. The recording manager should be able to locate them again once this is complete.
