I disabled List in Preferences.

Hi,

The attendees list is disabled but you can still see  the emails on the screen.

this is what attendees see..

when u click on those attendees it show" copy email address to clipboard"

My attendees are getting spam emails form some attendee that comes in my meeting just to steal emails.

so annoying and  disappointing

can you escalate this to management pls

@trader777  For more privacy you may consider using GoToWebinar instead.  I'm afraid GoToMeeting will continue to allow for certain visibility of the audience members when you allow webcam sharing.

I don't allow webcam sharing...all i do is share my screen, nothing else...we lost so much screen space because of this...pls allow 100% screen share like we had before

When you remove webcam sharing then attendees cannot see the view you shared. You can also minimize or detach webcams from your own interface if needed.
