I've lost my admin privileges

After I did a new registration yesterday and started the free trial, I proceeded to set up the integration with my organization on G Suite. I activated the provisioning from the console and it started to pull in all the users. Maybe this action overwrote my original account, because now it's like I'm a normal user, no access to the Admin Center.

Can you help? Thanks.
