I want to youtube live streaming with Gotomeeting

1st of all I am unable to access live chat support,  2nd. I want to start my course with GoToMeeting + YouTube Channel. as I also doing with Zoom.us. My GotoMeeting Plan is "Business". can I start live streaming with GoToMeeting and youtube?
